Why?
Now more than ever, we need to take ownership and help the next generation to be empowered and enabled to make a positive social impact. We want young people to have a purpose that gives them strength. We want young people have a sense of belonging. We want young people to feel that they matter and that they can take the lead in life and in society.
Leadership development is often a big topic for people in the upper echelons of large organisations. We see it as our mission to make all available leadership knowledge accessible for young people, and especially those coming from less priviledged backgrounds. From vocational schools to universities, from neighbourhoods to businesses: let’s unlock the full potential of all young people.
What?
We design, develop and deliver leadership programs for all young people. We work with educational institutions, governments and businesses to make things happen.
Our programs are always custom made, and are always focussed on purpose development. With that approach we aim to realise more fulfilling lives for young people, less drop-outs in schools, less employee turn-overs for businesses, and less social problems ‘on the streets’.
How?
We specialise in change and transition: onboarding (schools and businesses) and offboarding (schools) are lifecycles which we see as our expertise. We work together with guides, facilitators and trainers all around the world. We always make sure we support and facilitate diversity. We play with the dynamic between mental and physical development, in urban areas and in nature.
We guide youth and young professionals in their journey of finding out who they really are and what they truly want – and wish to contribute – in life. We do not do short term and quick wins: our programs are meant to be(come) a structural part of education, business, and society.
